I've known Abi Ross for many years, from her Director of Sales roles in local hotels to her current partnership. In all that time Abi's energy and enthusiasm for the MICE industry has never waned and she continues to provide a five-star level of service to all her clients and venue partners. In the first instance of working with Abi spoke to the chosen venue on our behalf, negotiating costs which ultimately matched those from the previous year (after the venue initially suggested a price increase). Prior to the event itself, Abi was always available to discuss details, to ensure everything was prepared to our standards. Meeting us on numerous occasions, at various locations throughout the UK to discuss our requirements. All our questions and queries were responded to in a timely manner, retrieving the information from the venue on our behalf. A good knowledge of the event business was displayed throughout, helping guide us through the event planning process. Abi was present during the event itself, thus meaning she could deal with the venue on our behalf, to ensure the event ran smoothly and to our satisfaction.

For our second event Abi has used our requirements to research a number of venues and provided us with a detailed price comparison, allowing us to discuss which option is our preferred. We are currently in the planning process of the second event with Abi, and so far they have once again been available and efficient with retrieving information from the venue and assisting us in planning the event.
